Dr . Dots Oyenuga wrote the ‘Road Tunnel Design Guidelines’ document for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The document pr ovides technical criteria and guidance for the planning, and design of road tunnels.

The document provides tunnel engineers with an overall view of the field and also provides an appreciation of the diversity of problems that tunnel engineers must address.
