ASC’s Scope of work includes Pre-Construction/Post-Construction Survey of all buildings including critical stakeholders in Beverly Hills and Century City, Construction Noise and Vibration Monitoring and Geotechnical Instrumentation Installation and Monitoring of the areas falling within the zone of influence of Station as Tunnel Excavation work.

Geotechnical Instruments are being installed within the tunnel alignment and station box area to monitor ground movement, settlement and other geological conditions. These can be within the public right of way as well as privately owned properties. These installations can occur at 1-2 locations at a time and can last anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 days depending on the type of the instrument. ASC has been successfully implementing Automated Monitoring approach for real-time monitoring of instruments as well as Interferometric Synthetic-Aperture Radar (InSAR) Method of monitoring for private properties where Right-of-Entry access to install instruments has not been granted.
